The Tenant Relations Officer is also in charge of reviewing tenant accounts and application forms to various programs being offered. |

GREG SOLOMONConstruction Maintenance Coordinator (705)946 6300 ext. 289 The Construction Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the development of new construction projects and building alterations, assisting the project team with composition, design, development and construction phases, supervising all contractors on execution & project locations, and ensuring work quotations are completed and verified for accuracy. The Construction Maintenance Coordinator also oversees all maintenance issues and concerns within the Section 95 program. |
