TENANT RELATIONS OFFICER – Melissa Parr The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for maintaining effective relationships between tenants and the Garden River First Nation Housing Department and ensures that all tenants are adequately accommodated. Reviews tenant accounts on a daily basis to, monitor, assess and maintain collection portfolio which minimizes the First Nation’s financial loss. GREG SOLOMONCONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR The Construction Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance in regards to the development of new construction projects and building alterations oversee and assist the project team with composition, design, development and construction phases. Supervises all contractors on development & project locations; ensures work quotations are completed and verified for accuracy. Oversees all maintenance issues/concerns within the Section 95 program. STEVIE NOLANMORTGAGE AND LOANS OFFICER Stevie’s role will assist the GRFN Housing Department in providing Garden River First Nation citizens with safe & affordable housing through innovative and customized approaches that fits their needs. She will provide financial education and advice through liaison, counseling and communication on Mortgage and Loan matters.
